1. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

1. Free Shipping is available on all orders within Kerala.
2. Shipping charges for orders outside Kerala, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

1. Within Kerala: 2–5 business days
2. Outside Kerala: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Adharika Designs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
