Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Adharika Designs, every order is carefully processed to ensure the best shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
  2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.

Return & Exchange

  1. We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item.
  2. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or videos of the product along with your order number.
  3. Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Colour variations due to screen or lighting differences
  3. Incorrect size selected by the customer
  4. Normal fabric texture or minor handmade variations

Refunds

  1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
  2. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after receiving the customer’s bank details.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  1. The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  2. The return request is made after the specified time period.
  3. The product is returned without original tags or packaging.

Failed Deliveries

If a prepaid order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you regarding re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.
