At Adharika Designs, every order is carefully processed to ensure the best shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.
Return & Exchange
- We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or videos of the product along with your order number.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Colour variations due to screen or lighting differences
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Normal fabric texture or minor handmade variations
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after receiving the customer’s bank details.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The return request is made after the specified time period.
- The product is returned without original tags or packaging.
Failed Deliveries
If a prepaid order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you regarding re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.
